Renaming Terminator Tabs Under XFCE4

Sometimes I need to have quite a few tabs open in a terminal window. For some reason, under XFCE4 when I press CTRL+Alt+A, which is defined as the keyboard shortcut to rename a tab, it hides the window.

[SOLVED] Delete key not working with x2go server running XFCE

I am working with a development environment whereby I VPN into an environment with an Ubuntu VirtualBox guest and then initiate an x2go client session to a developement workstation server that lives in the development environment.

I had everythining working exactly as I wanted except that the Delete key did not work in the x2go session.

Previously the xev output when pressing the delete key was:

FocusOut event, serial 36, synthetic NO, window 0x2e00001,
    mode NotifyGrab, detail NotifyAncestor

Disabling Window Snapping for Fedora Core 20 Under Xfce

For me, window snapping is incredibly annoying.

For FC 20 with the Xfce spin, there a couple of knobs to turn before it can be turned off completely:

Applications Menu/Settings/Window Manager:

Go to the Advanced tab and uncheck ‘Snap windows to screen border’ and ‘Snap windows to other windows’

Applications Menu/Settings/Window Manager Tweaks:
